
The "Reboot Server" Task allows you to restart a specific machine that may experience performance anomalies by running for extended period of time. This will allow the machine to run on fresh memory resources.
When creating a Task that reboots a server, you must provide the following information:
Task Name:

Input a short description of the Task you are creating.

Server:

This can either be the primary IP address of the computer or the UNC name.
Example of a valid IP address: 10.20.30.11
Example of a valid UNC Name: \\exchsrv

This script attempts to reboot the host (a Windows NT machine). The hosting server must have a working SNMP Agent. ipMonitor must have permission to remotely reboot the computer.
