Task: Send Report

The "Send Report" Task emails a predefined Report to an individual or a group of individuals as a message or as an attachment.

When creating a Task that sends a report, you must provide the following information:
Task Name: Input a short description of the Task you are creating.
Email Subject: The subject of the email i.e. ‘Server Performance’
Send Email From:
This is the email address that will be used to send the email. It must be a valid email address on your SMTP server. If the email address you are using is invalid, the report will not be sent.
Send Email To:
This is a list of email addresses of people who will receive the report. You can send the report to multiple recipients. Place each email address on a separate line.
Report Selection:
Reports must be created prior to the selection of the Send Report Task. Choose the report you wish to be sent from the list of available reports.
Send Report as attachment:
Not all email clients support viewing messages that contain HTML and JAVA contained in the message body. For those email clients, you can choose to send the Report as an email attachment to be viewed in their web browser.

Note:
If you delete a Report that is assigned to a Task, the Task will attempt to send the Report regardless. This will result in an irrelevant Task. If you recreate a Report with the same name as the deleted Report, it will not send that Report. This means that if you create a Task that sends a Report and you delete a Report, you must remove that Task. Even if you recreate a Report with the same name, it will not work
