User Name:	Name for the account.
Password:	Password for the account. May be blank. If so, the password entered when logging on must also be blank.
Grant Administrator Rights:	Check the "Grant Administrator Rights" option if this is an administrator account. If the account is not an Administrator Account, from the list of privileges select any you want assigned the account.
